John Collins, the team leader of  www.JohnCollinsGroup.com of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. and his Professional Real Estate Associates are committed to  making the home buying and selling experience the best it can be for the consumer.  They actually listen to buyers wants and needs, to help them find the perfect home.

In today's marketplace it is very difficult to provide the ultimate customer service and responsive communication that is necessary for a smooth transaction.  That is why John developed the Ultimate Home Buying and Selling System.  John Collins is the group leader and listing specialist.  He is supported by 5 Realtor Buyer Agents - Robin Casey, Mary Beth Paganelli, Sherry Rogers, Susan Sames and Denise Smith.  As Buyers Agent's their job is to represent only buyers , in their search for the perfect home.  Additionally, there are three full time employees and one virtual assistant that take care of Marketing, Administration, Transaction Coordination, Listing Coordination and Technology.  All of this support leads to Ultimate Customer Service throughout the home buying and home selling experience.

    A native Annapolitan, John was born and raised in the Bay Head Community of Annapolis and still resides there with his wife Karen and son Brian.

    Robin was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland. She holds a Marketing Degree from the University of Maryland.

    Robin has many years of sales and marketing with a major Fortune 500 company. She traveled extensively throughout 138 cities in 48 states for the Bicentennial which gave an exceptional background for understanding the moving process. She moved to Anne Arundel County in 1982 becoming a Real Estate Appraiser and then a Real Estate Agent, and now brings that same attention to detail to her position as a Buyers Specialist. Robin makes the home buying experience easy and smooth whether you are a seasoned buyer or if this is your first time buying.  She really works hard to address all of your real estate needs, listens to her buyers and stays on top of the real estate market.

    A 20 year resident of Anne Arundel County, Sherry grew up in Baltimore and graduated Cum Laude from Towson University with a B.S. in Management and Personnel.

    Sherry entered the real estate business in 1985 and built a top performing business earning the Graduate Realtor Institute, (GRI) designation. She furthered her real estate knowledge, becoming a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, in 1995 and opened her own successful company in 1999.     A thirteen year Broadneck Peninsula resident, Mary Beth joins our team withsixteen years of experience in the service oriented industries.  She also, has been very active in many local organizations with hundreds of community volunteer hours.    Mary Beth’s dedication and professionalism are the result of corporate America sales and management opportunities with Mobil Oil Corporation. This took the Pennsylvania native to Southern California, where her attention to detail and result orientation were refined. While in San Diego, Mary Beth planned and executed a $3.9 million real estate business. When management opportunities with PepsiCo presented themselves, Mary Beth transferred back to the East Coast and the State of Maryland. While living in Arnold, Mary Beth created a couple of small businesses and then jumped into serving Broadeck Elementary School in various volunteer capacities including serving as PTO President. Her contributions to her school were recognized in 2005 as the Anne Arundel County Volunteer of the Month and then in 2006 as a recipient of the President’s Award for Volunteerism (700+ hours of service).

    Denise Smith has been a resident of the Annapolis area since 1961 and knows the Anne Arundel County Real Estate Marketplace.  She is an energetic and positive problem solver with effective communication skills and customer service skills that will make your real estate experience a happy, no stress occasion. 

    Prior to real estate, Denise was the owner of a home service company.  She worked with home owners everyday to improve the appearance of their living spaces.  Quality control and customer satisfaction were the main goals of her company. 

    Denise attended Severna Park High School, Anne Arundel Community College and the University of Vermont.  She is married and the mother of three children, 3 horses, two dogs and a cat.

    Licensed in 1975, Pat brings 30+ years of real estate experience to The John Collins Real Estate Group. She was a top sales producer with Chris Coile & Associates, Robin Stallings & Associates and the Long & Foster, Annapolis office.  In 1982 Pat opened the first Baltimore Office for Long & Foster  in Severna Park.  She and her team of super stars became the #1 office for all of Long and Foster in 1985 and continued winning top awards until her departure in 1996.  From 1996 until 2004 Pat was the Residential General Manager for Prudential Carruthers Real Estate with offices located in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.  She retired in January, 2004.

    Pat has always been known for her creativity and her "thinking ahead of the crowd" attitude and her association with son John is no different. Her mission is to help build a successful team of expert real estate agents that deliver unsurpassed client service, thereby ensuring that customers and clients have an enjoyable Real Estate buying and selling experience.
